I'm not against it, but my time is extremely limited currently. 

Any other missing dependencies need to be determined and bug filed for them blocking this one.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.

FreeCAD is retired from Fedora I would recommend running upstreams provided appimage instead.
