Per the CVE-2021-3674 tracking bug, this was fixed upstream in #1313 [0], which resulted in this commit [1]. That commit has been part of the upstream releases since version 0.3.0. The earliest version shipped in EPEL 8 was rizin-0.4.0-1.el8 [2], so it has never been affected by this flaw.
