Describe the issue:
 - The current steps are for RHCS 5 on RHEL 8. There are not steps which mentioned for RHCS 5 on RHEL 9.

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
 - Include the section for RHCS 5 on RHEL 9.

Suggestions for improvement:
 - Since the repositories are different, include the proper repository for RHEL 9.
