The Install Guide needs to be updated with details regarding the RFE - Bug 2036063 - [GSS][Cephadm][Add the deletion of the cluster logs in the cephadm rm-cluster]

Add a note/warning about the cluster logs being deleted under the following sections :
[1] 3.20. Purging the Ceph storage cluster
[2] Appendix B. The cephadm commands : rm-cluster
[3] 3.3. The cephadm-ansible playbooks : The cephadm-purge-cluster playbook
