Is it possible to also provide EPEL8 and EPEL8 releases for ecryptfs-utils?

in short: no, currently not possible
longer answer: While I could build ecryptfs-utils for epel, the problem is that distro kernel is compiled without ecryptfs support, so ecryptfs-utils would be useless and it would confuse people why it does not work.
