Are there any constraints on the scheduling of fixing this bug?

@dholler , I don't see this one as a blocker for 4.13.0. But this should be addressed in 4.13.1 if capacity permits.

We can backport the fix to 4.14, as soon as we have the ack that the bug is fixed in 4.15

Checked on CNV-v4.15.0.rhel9-1102, doesn't look like it was fixed.

Moving target version to 4.15 as fix/build is for 4.15. If back port is needed possibly we can target to 4.14.1
