Description of problem:

The cephfs-top scrolling is merged to 5.3. So drop the below limitation text from [1], as cephfs-top currently supports nearly 10k clients and could be increased.

"Currently, the cephfs-top utility only supports a limited number of clients, which means only a few tens of clients and not hundreds or thousands of clients."

Also update the cephfs-top output in section 5.2.5.
