I am not sure if I am having the same, a similar, or a different issue. But gtkpod-2.1.5-23.fc38 is crashing almost directly after start - only showing the program window for less than a second. It used to work fine until recently. Starting from a terminal I am seeing the following messages: (gtkpod:4848): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.584: g_value_type_transformable: assertion 'src_type' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gtk-WARNING **: 19:21:10.584: ../gtk/gtkliststore.c:836: Unable to convert from (null) to gchararray (gtkpod:4848): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.603: g_value_type_transformable: assertion 'src_type' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gtk-WARNING **: 19:21:10.603: ../gtk/gtkliststore.c:836: Unable to convert from (null) to gchararray (gtkpod:4848): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.662: gtk_widget_get_preferred_height: assertion 'GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.665: gtk_widget_get_preferred_height: assertion 'GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.667: gtk_widget_get_preferred_height: assertion 'GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.667: gtk_widget_get_preferred_width: assertion 'GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.667: gtk_widget_get_preferred_width: assertion 'GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.667: gtk_widget_get_preferred_width: assertion 'GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gdl-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.670: gdl_dock_item_grip_realize: assertion 'grip->priv->label != NULL' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gdl-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.671: gdl_dock_item_grip_realize: assertion 'grip->priv->label != NULL' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gdl-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.671: gdl_dock_item_grip_realize: assertion 'grip->priv->label != NULL' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gdl-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.675: gdl_dock_item_grip_realize: assertion 'grip->priv->label != NULL' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gdl-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.677: gdl_dock_item_grip_realize: assertion 'grip->priv->label != NULL' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gdl-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.680: gdl_dock_item_grip_realize: assertion 'grip->priv->label != NULL' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gdl-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.684: gdl_dock_item_grip_realize: assertion 'grip->priv->label != NULL' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gdl-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.686: gdl_dock_item_grip_realize: assertion 'grip->priv->label != NULL' failed (gtkpod:4848): Gdl-CRITICAL **: 19:21:10.689: gdl_dock_item_grip_realize: assertion 'grip->priv->label != NULL' failed *** buffer overflow detected ***: terminated
