Describe the issue:
Wrong type of Quotes used for the example, they are U+201C instead of simple ascii " quotes. 

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
Copy the sample to terminal, command did not work because of quotes, needed quite some time to figure it out.

Suggestions for improvement:
Change to normal quotes.
