Description of problem:
When user with reader credentials tries to set or delete a share metadata 
that was created in another project, 404 error is raised instead of 403.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to delete/set a share metadata by user with reader credentials.

Actual results:
NotFound(404)

Expected results:
Forbidden(403)
