Description of problem:
cqrlog does not install from EPEL 8.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install cqrlog


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides mariadb-libs needed by cqrlog-2.4.0-4.el8.x86_64


Expected results:
successful installation
