`keycloak-httpd-client-install` creates the config under `/etc/httpd`, not under `/var/lib/config-data/puppet-generated/keystone/etc/httpd`.

The step in question is not running keycloak-httpd-client-install, but rather creating a tar archive. When unpacked, it should appear as /etc/httpd from inside the container.

For the command to be correct, the file must be be in the expected location — would creating a note for the user to move the files to the containerized directories _before_ creating the tar archive be the correct fix here?

Thanks,
