Version 0.12.1 requires python3-statsmodels >= 0.14, which is not available, yet. I'll look into providing a PR.
PR has been submitted three weeks ago, but python-statsmodels maintainers have not acted on it, yet. I left another comment on the PR and also sent a mail to the package maintainers.
