Description of problem: 

I do not recieve any sound from my speakers. All of my levels are set, and the
appropriate sound driver is loaded.

1. Try and play a sound

No sound.

Sound.

Hm, log looks fine. You can check the latest drivers

(http://people.redhat.com/stransky/alsa/)

If it doesn't work for you, report it to ALSA project (www.alsa-project.org),
they're authors of this linux sound system...

I'm trying to follow that, but I need the alsa-lib-devel >= 1.0.14. The FC6
repositories I have only go up to alsa-lib-devel-1.0.12. Is there somewhere I
can get this?
