Icecat is allready in fedora, it would be great if it was in EPEL also.

Please, install and try autoconf213 and IceCat in CentOS9 if you can:

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
