Created attachment 1967098 [details] English default F38. When I log in to Plasma i choose the portuguese brasilian keyboard but at next login it is back to English. Is it the expected behavior?

Package sddm-wayland-plasma-5.27.6-1.fc38.noarch is already installed. Dependencies resolved. Nothing to do.
I added a second keyboard layout (English US) and now the first one (Portuguese (Brazil)) is picked as the default although the english one is still shown as selected in the login screen.
