With mutipath conf configured as described in kcs osds never loose the path to disk on mpath scan during node reboot

Needs additional QA testing but I have a active test cluster deployed with this config currently and plan to keep it running.

Hi Bipin, 

It would be good to review the KCS that Kevan provided in the initial problem description as well.  He had worked with the sbr-storage team (bhull) to ensure that the steps they came up with to get this configured are able to withstand reboots, etc....  The steps differ between the two KCS articles, so we just want to ensure that whichever kcs is used to update the docs has the most recent, concise, and accurate steps included.  That may be yours, kevan's, or a combination of the two.
