I by accident installed the Fedora Flatpak of Thunderbird at my last install, as it looked the most official in GNOME Software. I now noticed that the Fedora Flatpak of Thunderbird did not recieve any updates and therefore wanted to migrate to another install method. At first I decided for the Flathub Flatpak, but that did not recognize the installation, though it seems to use the same install directory. Using the import dialog also only did a partial import, rendering it useless. I therefore then tried to copy the .thunderbird folder from ~/.var/app/org.mozilla.Thunderbird/ to ~/ and start the rpm package. That too, however, did not recognize the installation. Here the import again only imorted parts, therefor being useless. I then closed all the annoying login-popups, what resulted in Thunderbird crashing. P.S. I would highly appreciate if there would be any way to migrate from one installation to the next WIHOUT having to MANUALLY reenter all the key material. (I have hundreds of S/MIME certs and PGP keys - always needing to reimport each one individually is extremely timeconsuming and annoying! Having to reauthenticate every account is annoying too, but at least done quite quickly.) reporter: libreport-2.17.10 type: CCpp reason: thunderbird killed by SIGSEGV journald_cursor: s=9a7a550263b44ce2aae567ae74362384;i=1849a7;b=63c68cb30d0e47a899f2c47455ef7547;m=680d5199d;t=5fd3d5f0ecd73;x=f78d138536695fd2 executable: /usr/lib64/thunderbird/thunderbird cmdline: /usr/lib64/thunderbird/thunderbird cgroup: 0::/user.slice/user-1000.slice/user/app.slice/app-gnome-mozilla\x2dthunderbird-148299.scope rootdir: / uid: 1000 kernel: 6.3.4-201.fc38.x86_64 package: thunderbird-102.10.0-1.fc38 runlevel: N 5 backtrace_rating: 4 crash_function: nsProfileLock::FatalSignalHandler
