Description of problem:

Delete and Upgrade TPS test is failing consistently with the following error and this can be fixed.

Removed "/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/ceph.target".
Removed "/etc/systemd/system/ceph.target.wants/ceph-crash.service".

Test should not show any errors

Test Fails with following error: 
Invalid unit name "ceph-immutable-object-cache@*.service" escaped as "ceph-immutable-object-cache@\x2a.service".
Removed "/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/ceph.target".
Removed "/etc/systemd/system/ceph.target.wants/ceph-crash.service".
