Would you write in detail the exact procedure how to reproduce this issue? At least, i3 live spin does not contain lxsession rpm, so I am not sure * What rpms you have exactly installed (and how you have installed those) * What desktop environment you are actually using (I don't expect that i3wm session user need "Default applications for LXsession" settings) * Anything else you may have customized your environment
Still no response from the reporter, but anyway:

Apologies, a thunderstorm has left me without internet access since Sunday. I don't think this is a bug. I was experimenting with the i3 spin, and installed LXappearance and a GTK-theme (from the Fedora repository). However, There was a missing dependency (GTK-murrine engine). It seemed to work after installing that. I have now reinstalled the i3 spin, and everything seems to work perfectly. I'm afraid I cannot remember the precise details any more and the logs are gone. I'm sorry for any wasted time. I think this was probably the result of clumsy tinkering, rather than a bug.
