When logging out of a plasma X11 or wayland session a number of systemd services end up in a failed state. This clutters up logwatch and similar reports when trying to monitor system health. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle. Changing version to 39.
