This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.

I also hit this when I was updating apt 

DEBUG util.py:442:  No matching package to install: 'triehash'

Please add me (sergiomb) as admin of https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/triehash to let me add package to epel 9 .
