Description of problem:

The customer needs to change the product icon in the initial setup

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHEL8+ Release

Expected results: would like to add a product ICON to the initial-setup screen akin to what I have done in the anaconda installer by modifying the anaconda-gtk.css as described in 4.1. CUSTOMIZING GRAPHICAL ELEMENTS.

They Already managed to customised the operating system name similar to https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6963629
