RHOSP 17.1 with the OVN mechanism driver does not support logging of flow events per port or the use of the `--target` option of the `network log create` command. + RHOSP 17.1 supports logging of flow events per security groups, using the `--resource` option of the `network log create` command. See "Logging security group actions" in _Networking with RHOSP_.
