Description of problem: Networking guide in OSP17.1 beta has the following line. ~~~ DHCP servers, which are managed by the neutron DHCP agent, are not distributed and are still deployed on the Controller node. The DHCP agent is deployed in a highly available configuration on the Controller nodes, regardless of the routing design (centralized or DVR). ~~~ ref. https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/17.1-beta/html/networking_with_rhosp/config-dvr_rhosp-network#dvr-known-issues_config-dvr However, with ML2/OVN, dhcp functionality is provided through OVN. There is no neutron DHCP agents. I think this sentence needs to be revised for reflecting the current OVN implementation.
