Description of problem:

On the IBM Ceph storage 6.1 dashboard, the graphs in Cluster Utilization card do not align and are not equally sized

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy a IBM Ceph Storage 6.1 cluster with dashboard enabled
2. Login to the dashboard and check the Cluster Utilization card


Actual results:

The elements in the card are unevenly placed [check the attached screenshot]


Expected results:
=================
Graphs should be placed properly and align with each other
