The "Welcome to IBM Storage Ceph" message is not placed correctly on the Expand cluster window

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy a IBM Ceph Storage 6.1 cluster with dashboard enabled
2. Upon first login to the dashboard, check the expand cluster window


Actual results:

The welcome message is improperly placed [check attached screenshot]

The welcome message should be placed correctly
