Description of problem: configuration error - unknown item 'umask' (notify administrator) during package install in STIG enviornment.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ipa-server-4.10.1-7.el9_2.x86_64.rpm

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum -y install  ipa-server.
2. Check the message displayed while packages are installed.

Actual results:
