Description of problem: As per the L10N QA results, following string needs to be changed for Japanese locale on anaconda installation completion screen.

Actual - "本製品の使用は、以下 /usr/share/redhat-release/EULA/ に定められている使用許諾契約の対象となります"

Expected - "本製品の使用は、/usr/share/redhat-release/EULA/ に定められている使用許諾契約の対象となります"

1. Launch anaconda in ja_JP for 8.9
2. After installation is completed, observe the string at the bottom about EULA
3.

Actual results:
"本製品の使用は、以下 /usr/share/redhat-release/EULA/ に定められている使用許諾契約の対象となります"

Expected results:
"本製品の使用は、/usr/share/redhat-release/EULA/ に定められている使用許諾契約の対象となります"
