Description of problem: Some upstream users are complaining that the installer command for enabling REX in Script mode is not easily locatable. See https://community.theforeman.org/t/remote-execution-does-not-seem-to-be-working-in-foreman-3-6-katello-4-8-or-after-upgrade-to-3-7-4-9/33962/4 I'm guessing it's not documented because it's probably enabled by default with the 'satellite' scenario, but we should still have documentation on how to enable if needed for upstream scenarios.
