-l option broken in pax

Routinely.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a command such as pax -w -r -l -u -- * ../build/

Error message saying -l option not valid

Additional info:
pax is the binary name of spax, which is basically a subset of star though I cannot identify spax on Bugzilla. Both spax and star share a now defunct upstream. Fedora has a newer pax, and should probably be adopted instead.
