Description of problem:
make tests no longer works with new version of rust

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rust-1.69.0-1.module+el8.9.0+18930+f61c4043
librsvg2-2.42.7-5.el8

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpmbuild -bc librsvg2.spec
2. enter the buildroot
3. make check

Actual results:
see attached log

Expected results:
no error, tests should execute

@jistone do you have an idea about what's going on? Apparently it started to happen after I've merged your changes from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2161424
