Describe the issue:
The existing instruction for installing the busybox sample application using subscription selection in ACM 2.8 needs better instruction on selecting existing ClusterSet.

Suggestions for improvement:
Add additional instruction to select existing ClusterSet.
Step 6 new text is in " ":

Scroll down in the form until you see "Deploy application resources on clusters with all specified labels"

* Select the Cluster sets "global OR select the Cluster sets that includes the correct managed clusters for your environment"
* Add a label <name> with its value set to the managed cluster name.
