There is a new version available (for 3 years already). It will be nice if you can rebase it in Fedora. Actually I am asking because 4.5 version use license Julius and it is only occurrence in Fedora. And we would have to add it to fedora-license-data https://gitlab.com/fedora/legal/fedora-license-data/-/issues/17 4.6 version uses BSD-3-Clause (and MIT, and Cube with exception for some bundled (?) libraries). This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle. Changing version to 39.
Still valid in rawhide.
4.6 is in rawhide now, but the bad news is that the dictation-kit components are still under the "Julius" license... so you probably still have to take that to SPDX.
