Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

Deployed MCG only on OCP 4.10.21 with Scale storageclass(IBM Storage Fusion HCI 2.4.0), created backing store and NS-FS, ran ocs-ci all test cases under "tests/manage/mcg". Found that test_multipart_upload_operations always failing with "download failed".

Version of all relevant components (if applicable):
ocs-ci branch release-4.10

Can this issue reproducible?
Yes

Can this issue reproduce from the UI?
No, only in running ocs-ci test case.

If this is a regression, please provide more details to justify this:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy MCG only on OCP 4.10 with Scale storageclass(IBM Storage Fusion HCI 2.4.0)
2. Create NS-FS using the Scale filesystem too.
3. Run ocs-ci test case "tests/manage/mcg/test_multipart_upload.py::TestS3MultipartUpload::test_multipart_upload_operations" and see the failure.

Actual results:
The test case test_multipart_upload_operations failed

Expected results:
The test case test_multipart_upload_operations succeed or not valid for MCG only env

I have must-gather logs too, which size is 491M after compressed. Where can I upload it? Thanks.

@Jacky, what info do you need? You can check below new logs in the box folder, thanks.
```
multipart_upload_must_gather.tgz
test-multipart-upload-operations1.log
```

Hi Jacky, could you tell me what information I need to provide? I have recreated the issue and also provided the logs over 3 months, you can get the logs from https://ibm.box.com/s/y1m2z4gjvi450itdwd8l78w5sddyf1m3, thanks.

Can you please sync with Jacky Albo ?

Comment 18 Bob Liu 2024-01-16 13:15:44 UTC
I can't see any comments in this ticket from Jacky so far, due to my account is not in the ibm_storage group. As I said in the Slack thread, I don't have an available rack to re-test the case at this moment, but working to setup one rack now, will re-test and collect new logs when ready, thanks for your patience.

Pushing out until we have a repro, once we do and analyze we can bring back if needed

Comment 20 Nimrod Becker 2024-02-21 08:22:02 UTC
We didn't get any data either here or in Slack DMs, closing.
