I build dlib for epel9 a week ago: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2234679 Not sure if I need to do anything else like pushing the update to the repo, like we do with Bodhi for Fedora stable branches. I can't seem to find any conclusive information.
