Description of problem: The current version of qt5 in CentOS 9-stream is 5.15.9. The epel9 texmaker package wants an older version, 5.15.3. This fails if using a CentOS mirror that only provides the latest version of any given rpm. I assume it would cause problems anyway even if the older versions were available (eg a subsequent dnf update would fail). Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): texmaker 1:5.1.3-5.el9 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install CentOS 9-stream, with eg qt5-qtbase at version 5.15.9-6.el9 2. Attempt to install texmaker from epel9 Actual results: dnf wants to downgrade 40+ installed qt5 packages to version 5.15.3-1. Expected results: texmaker installs with no downgrade of existing rpms. Additional info: NA
