It's actually an issue in osbuild (the bug is only present in the cloud images), moving to the right component.

I have a PR upstream that fixes that: https://github.com/osbuild/osbuild/pull/1342

Oh, I fixed the issue but forgot to update this bug. The fix is scheduled for 8.9.
