The AWS Marketplace listing Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 (ARM) is currently at release 8.4 when the current release is 8.7 The images should be current for full support for the C7g instance types.

Please update listing to 8.7 AMI
Please update version release title to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.7 (ARM)
Please include redhat-release Errata Date in release notes
Please include kernel version in the release notes
