I would love to see the following package in EPEL: https://packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgs/osmium-tool/osmium-tool/fedora-rawhide.html

I'm aware that i've probably assigned it to the wrong component but I cannot find the correct one (osmium-tool) even though it's in the Fedora repo.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
