Description of problem:

Lvm2 already support caching of the whole thin-pool data volume. However there could a potential to also allow using cache with just a single thin volume.

So allow users to also cache individual thin volumes if they have some reasons for this.

It might be interesting to measure performance whether such device stack brings any benefits.
