I've switched to GNOME and it's broken here too.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle. Changing version to 39.
I first reported a bug on the KDE side: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=473599. The bug seems to simple be due to the fact that the package on Fedora is horribly outdated. Meanwhile, you can use the Flatpack files provided by Gitlab CI: https://invent.kde.org/system/xwaylandvideobridge/-/artifacts.
