Description of RFE:

While in the WEB UI, once a product is synced, provide a way to the user to see New Packages/Erratas compared to what it had prior to the latest sync

This is beneficial to users to ensure:
- disk space is not consumed due to versions that are being published that have the same contents as the prior ones
- new versions of CVs and CCVs are only published when there are new packages/erratas available
- easier to identify what is new and if new versions should be published because of them or not
