Description of problem:
KVM screen goes blank after removing Keyboard and Mouse 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libinput-1.19.3-3.el9.x86_64

How reproducible:
everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start the GUI session in BMC KVM.

2.Remove Keyboard or Mouse or both in running GUI session, also reproducible if removed at GUI login screen.


Actual results:

Screen goes blank

Expected results:

Screen should not go blank.

Additional info:

After reattaching the Keyboard and Mouse, switch to the command line window by ctrl + alt +F2. Then press ctrl + alt + F1 to switch to GUI, the GUI will be restored and issue gets resolved.
