Description of problem: The option to enable/disable 'Simple Content Access' is missing from "Satellite WebUI -> Content -> Subscriptions -> Manage Manifest" page. Navigate to "Satellite WebUI -> Content -> Subscriptions -> Manage Manifest" page. Actual results: The Simple Content Access cannot be enabled/disabled from Satellite WebUI as the "Simple Content Access" toggle is missing from the same page. Expected results: The "Simple Content Access" toggle to enable/disable "Simple Content Access" should be present within "Satellite WebUI -> Content -> Subscriptions -> Manage Manifest" page. Additional info: The option to enable/disable "Simple Content Access" is present in "hammer" command and is only missing from Satellite WebUI. This is not a bug, the ability to turn on and off SCA is under the manage organization setting and if creating a new org the checkbox is present there as well. We removed it from the manifest modal because candlepin removed it from any manifest operations. See the CEE demo for further info on why it was removed from there.
