Description of problem:

If a SFDC job is created for a bug with multiple SFDC end points, and one or more of the end points doesn't have credentials set, which is almost all pre-prod instances, then the job becomes permanently blocked by the "No user name and password supplied" error.

How reproducible:
Easy

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a bug with links to different SFDC envs
2. Update the bug

Actual results:
An error is thrown for SFDC envs without credentials

Expected results:
SFDC end points without credentials are skipped and the bug updates.

On QA server.

1. Find a bug with links to multiple SFDC preprod servers

2. Update the bug.

3. Check the job queue.

All jobs complete.
