Suddenly since a few updates (Around 15.7., I update daily) I have no wifi anymore!

I used Kinoite ublue before, switched back to official kinoite, no changes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the KDE network manager applet
2. No wifis shown
3. Try "nmcli device" or lspci, no wifi device shown
Actual Results:  
My wifi modem is not recognized anymore. USB-tethering works.

Expected Results:  
wifi should work

Fedora Linux 38 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2024-05-21.

Fedora Linux 38 is no longer maintained, which means that it
will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we
