Does this issue impact your ability to continue to work with the product
(please explain in detail what is the user impact)?
Yes, quay is unable to be used, production is down

Is there any workaround available to the best of your knowledge?
No

Additional info:
Files are on supportshell:

We were thinking maybe about regenerating the s3 creds following https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/storage-fusion/2.5?topic=gateway-regenerating-s3-credentials-accounts but not sure if this would do anything? Since this is production, we need to make sure non data loss occurs with whatever procedure we follow.
