Description of problem:
Package okular-22.04.1-1.el8.x86_64 is missing dependency "qt5-qtsvg"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
okular-22.04.1-1.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:
[root@ws1705 ~]# okular 
okular: error while loading shared libraries: libQt5Svg.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


Steps to Reproduce:
1. From "clean" install okular package
2. Try to run okular

Actual results:
[root@ws1705 ~]# okular 
okular: error while loading shared libraries: libQt5Svg.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Expected results:
"okular" should run cleanly after install.

okular has requirement on okular-part which also requires libQt5Svg.so.5 by install or update.
It seems your system is somehome broken.

Please try to remove okular with "dnf remove okular" and reinstall it with "dnf install okular"
It should work again.
