This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle. Changing version to 39.
This looks like it’s because of similar issues as bug #2225708. I've backported the patches and am running a local build now to verify.
Hmm, ran out of disk space locally but the builds went well on Koji: ardour6-6.9.0-17.fc39: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2307143 ardour6-6.9.0-17.fc40: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2307142 Because there is no change in the actual software, I won’t submit an update.
